Turnaround time:

Current turnaround time is 3-4 weeks, but this does not included posting time so please allow up to 5 weeks in case of delays.

Postage:

All items are posted first class and proof of purchase will be obtained for each item.

Layla and Josh is not responsible for items lost by Royal Mail but all efforts will be made to rectify the situation where possible.

Customers are responsible for any customs issues and charges if posting outside the UK.
